5th Conference “The Jewish Field: Experience and Conceptualization”

The Research Center invites everyone interested in Jewish history and field research to the 5th International Conference “The Jewish Field: Experience and Conceptualization.” During the sessions, we will discuss the particularities of organizing field research and working in contemporary Jewish communities across the post-Soviet region, consider what is distinctive about the Jewish field, discuss new research in Jewish anthropology, folklore studies, sociology, and epigraphy, and present the results of the 2022 summer field season, as well as prospects and plans for future research.
